In 1999, UNESCO classed My Son as a World Heritage Site.

Hue:

Hue was the former imperial city of the Nguyen dynasty between 19th and 20th centuries and is located on the banks of the Perfume River.

For 150 years Hue was the culture and intellecture center of Vietnam.

Today, the majestic Citadel and the many magnificent royal mausoleums accessible by boat along the Perfume River, have mad Hue the nation's historical treasure and one the most attactive tourist destinations.

In 1993, Hue was recognized and classed a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

The Nam Hai project is spreadheaded by Indochina Capital, a real estate development, investment banking and asset management firrm with a proven porfolio in the developement of luxury properties in Vietnam.

The construction management of the resort is undertaken by DeMatteis International Group, the international arm of a major New York based contractor and construction manager that has built many successful projects along Vietnam's Central Coast since 1993.

Architect

AW2, a Paris based international architecture firrm with extensive experience in Vietnam, has been contracted to design the villas and hotel facilities.
