The exterior is responsible by Epaper2CAD which participated in the design of the Trump International Hotel & Tower. The interior is designed by Garry Stahl Interiors which met great acclaim for neoclassical style inside Caesar’s Palace Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas, USA. The residential phase will be finished and operated in 2009.
